How does Visual IVR work?
There are several types of visual IVR systems. One Smart Star visual IVR is a simple mobile application that can be installed on your iPhone, Android or Windows phone. The customer can browse through the menus that are defined by the company to find information they are looking for. Dialing a short code will connect them to one of the company’s support agents.
One Smart Star will also collect and analyze user browsing data, so that you can improve your application and services.
